Please return the form to the office to secure your child's place. We will then contact you to confirm the place in the class and your free trial class.

Ballet Classes
Pre School - Age 2 to starting in Reception
Pre-Primary - Reception-age children
Primary - Year 1
Ballet I - Year 2
Ballet II - Year 3
Ballet III - Year 4
Ballet IV - Year 5
Pre-Elementary, Elementary, Intermediate, Pre Senior, and Senior depend on the level of the child.

Demi Pointe and Pointe Classes (by teacher recommendation only)
Musical Theatre from age 5
Lyrical from age 8
